What is up with ILoveJesus.net and Christian Fun Mail?

We have offered email with our domains (ILoveJesus.net, 1FJ.com, ChristianMan.com, etc) starting way back in 1998. Back then it was under the name “Christian Fun Mail”.  We were able to offer this service at no cost to users through a provider called Everyone.net because they were able to show advertisements to the email users to generate revenue. However, Everyone.net stopped offering the free version of the accounts in 2017 due to the fact that there were too many people abusing their system and the advertisement model isn’t a good revenue generator anymore with it’s privacy issues.

We (the owners of the domain names) didn’t want to interrupt the email service for the paid users and we didn’t have an alternative to offer to those that already used email with our domains so we let them continue there until we could come up with our own solution.

We now have our own email service at ILJ Mail so we have moved all of our domains away from the old provider and to our own.

Here are some clarifications:  Everyone.net and ILJ Mail are two completely separate companies.   Domain names are what you type in to access a website such as ILoveJesus.net.   The domain name ILoveJesus.net belongs to the owners of ILJ Mail and we moved it to our new email service on January 10, 2021.

If you are an ILoveJesus.net user, we have had a notice on the webmail login since July 2020 about the move that was coming.  Also, emails went out to the list we were given by Everyone.net of Mail Plus users on 12/2/2020, 12/14/2020, 12/28/2020, 01/05/2021, and 01/08/2021 about this move.
