Please check your spam or junk folder if you have contacted us through the contact form or email and think that we haven’t responded. During our regular office hours (every day from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Central), we answer within a few hours and sometimes even within minutes! If you haven’t heard from us and it’s been 24 hours, then our reply is most likely in your spam folder or has been filtered or deleted by something beyond our control. Once you find them, please add those email addresses to your contact list/address book so that it will help those messages get to your inbox.
If you haven’t heard back from us, it’s been 24 hours, and you don’t see our reply in your spam folder or trash, please fill out the form again and let us know that you searched the spam folder and the trash and still don’t see a reply. In case there was an issue with the form, there is an email address underneath it. Also, please let us know what you sent us the first time and we can text the phone number we have on file with information that is needed.
