Having Trouble Logging In?

If you are having trouble logging in to get your email, we have a couple of tips for you to try.

1 – Your email address is NOT yourname@iljmail.com.   You will not use this to sign in anywhere.   The log in email address that you need to get your messages is the one that you chose when you subscribed.  Example:  yourname@ilj.com

2 – Use all lower case letters in your email address.  If you can’t get logged in to webmail and you know you are using the right password, make sure you are using all lower case letters in your email address.  You can log in with yourname@ilj.com but it might give you an error if you try YourName@ILJ.com.  The @ilj.com part needs to be all lower case.

If you continue to have trouble, you can reset your password at our email password reset form here: https://account.iljmail.com/reset-password/

You will need to put in your email address that you chose and the off network (backup) email that you gave us when signing up.  It will then email your new password to your off network email address.
