Having Trouble Logging In?
If you are having trouble logging in to get your email, we have a couple of tips for you to try.
1 – Your email address is not email@example.com. You will not use this to sign in anywhere. The log in email address that you need to get your messages is the one that you chose when you subscribed. Example: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you continue to have trouble, you can reset your password at our email password reset form here: https://account.iljmail.com/reset-password/
You will need to put in your email address that you chose and the off network (backup) email that you gave us when signing up. It will then email your new password to your off network email address.
2 – Setting your email up in an app? Use the correct server names. You will use secure.iljmail.com for incoming and outgoing email server even if the app or program suggests something else.
3 – Setting up in an iPhone or iPad? Make sure you fill in the “optional” email address and password fields under Outgoing Mail Server. (they are not optional)
