It’s very easy!  Log into the “My Account” area by clicking this link:  https://account.iljmail.com/my-account/ and then click on “My Support Tickets”.  If you have never created a ticket before, you will see a form to fill out.  You fill that out and then click the button that says “Open new ticket”.  You will get a confirmation email and will open a ticket with our support team.  Our policy is to answer tickets within 24 hours but our goal is to answer them much quicker!

Our active support hours are 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. Central Time 7 days a week.

We ask that you always use that form to contact support. If you email us, we will direct you back to that form because, since it’s behind your login information, it is the most secure way of contacting us.  If you don’t have your password anymore, please use the “forgot password” link under the login form to retrieve that.  It will go to your off network email address (NOT the one that is @ilj.com or @ilovejesus.com)

We do not offer phone support at this time because we feel that we can better serve you through the ticketing system.  Here are just a few reasons:

  • It is more secure since you have to log in with your username and password to access it.  (Please guard that information.  We recommend using a password manager such as LastPass.)
  • There is a record of all support requests to refer back to in the future.
  • We can share screenshots to better show what we are looking at.

We will always get back with you as soon as we can.
