How to Reset your “My Account” Password

From your My Account Login page, you can click on “Lost Your Password?” under the area where you normally put your username and password.
It will ask you for either your My Account username or your email address. If you decide to put in your email, make sure it’s your off network email that you have set up in your account.
Click Reset Password
It will send you an email with instructions.
